When will my order ship? - Our orders ship out within 2-5 business days. On rare occasions, products may be out of stock during peak seasons and you will be notified by email if this is the case.

Do you ship to foreign countries? - Yes, we ship internationally. We charge an additional fee of $10.00 to ship to Canada and Puerto Rico. An additional charge of $25.00 will be added to all other international orders.

How will my order ship? - We ship all orders United States Priority Mail. By shipping USPS, we can offer the best shipping rates possible along fast delivery in 2-5 days after your shipment has left our warehouse.

How do I know if my items are in stock? - We make every effort to keep all our products in stock at all times. However, during peak seasons or upon the arrival of new items, we can experience delays in shipments. We work hard to ship your order as soon as we can, but if there is a delay, you will be notified.

Can I cancel an order or add to an order? - Once an order is entered into our system, it can not be altered or cancelled. To serve all our customers as efficiently as possible, our order system is highly automated and does not allow orders to be altered in any way once they start the delivery process. Please make sure your order is checked for accuracy and completeness before taking the final step and sending it into our order system.

Can I return an item? - Yes, you may return items. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products your order. You may return it for full credit of the item, minus shipping costs. The items must be in resaleable condition. They must be in their original plastic sleeves with the card insert. Simply return the products to us stating the reason for the return, include your name and packing slip and we will issue credit, less shipping costs, within 30 days of the day we receive the items returned.

Exchanges for a different product will be billed shipping charges. We will process your exchange upon receiving the returned product. Return the item to us then place a new order for the new item you would like to receive. We will bill and ship your new item as soon as possible and then process your return upon receiving.
